Supporting Our Little Learners, One Family at a Time
Our Mission
The Learning Ladder Foundation exists to provide support to families who attend Learning Ladder Child Care and Development Center and Learning Ladder Child Care 2. We believe that every child deserves a strong start and every family deserves a supportive village.
Who We Are
The Learning Ladder Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 84-4406901) dedicated to enriching the lives of families and young children in our community. Through financial assistance, educational initiatives, and community-based programming, we aim to break down barriers to early childhood education and ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Founded in 2022, in response to the impending needs for businesses, families and children in the early childhood education industry, the Foundation serves as a bridge—connecting resources, removing obstacles, and creating new opportunities for children ages 12 months to 5 years.
What We Do
- Scholarships: We offer scholarship assistance to help families transition from Learning Ladder programs to kindergarten, and to high school graduates interested in attending college to study early childhood education. Click Here to apply.
- Graduation & Milestone Events: We fund end-of-year celebrations, including preschool graduation, to honor and uplift the achievements of our Little Learners.
- Family Support Initiatives: From back-to-school drives and parent education and training, the Foundation ensures that no child or family in our community is left behind.
- Staff Support Initiatives: We provide financial support for training and professional development for Learning Ladder staff
Foundation
Learning Ladder Foundation exists to support families who attend Learning Ladder Child Care and Development Center and Learning Ladder Child Care 2.
The families who attend Learning Ladder are hard, working, dedicated people who want their children to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Sometimes good people need help with necessities such as diapers, school supplies, warm clothes. Other times, it can be more pressing like utility assistance, food, transportation, or housing.
The Foundation is committed to developing a resource bank for our families, past and present. We want to become part of the tribe that helps raise productive, young people who are well-nourished, educated, and supported.
We can’t do it without your support!
